The Battery on Paces Ferry is a community of townhomes with 2 car garages in Vinings. The Battery on Paces Ferry has 80 townhomes in all. The community name comes from The Civil War and fighting that took place here.
Originally started by Monte Hewett Homes circa 2008. Initial phase featured 4 story homes w/ rooftop terraces, elevators. Expect 1st phase townhomes to have 10′ ceilings with crown molding, site finished hardwoods on the main level, and fireplace. Large separate dining room with judges paneling. Open gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops, island, breakfast bar & view to the family room. Trey ceiling, sitting area & walk in closet in the over sized master bedroom. Garden tub with separate shower in the master bath. Private walled/gated courtyard. Walled balcony/deck.
The Battery on Paces Ferry was taken over by Ashton Woods circa 2011 and finished out in 2012. These 2nd phase townhomes are 3-level with 3-4 bedrooms, 2 car garage plans. Expect similar upscale finishes to those in phase 1, but without the 4th floor, elevator, & private courtyard. Typically there are a couple townhomes for sale in The Battery on Paces Ferry each year.
