It’s pretty simple. Kelly Carnahan changed my life. I am a first time homeowner. Single female. If you’re like me, single female or not, you know the concerns that keep you awake at night when you think about committing yourself to a mortgage. I tried to be smart. I did an enormous amount of research on the Internet. I talked to friends. I searched the newspaper every Sunday for months. I wanted to sincerely thank you for your hard work in helping me buy my Very first home. I realize that I was not an easy prospect for you. I wanted everything, for little money (don't we all!). After life in Post apartments for 7 years, I was ready to make the jump. I utilized at least 5 other Realtors before I wisely stumbled onto your services.
