The desirable properties in Greater Metro Atlanta sell so fast, they are often available for only a couple of days. Lots of times, less than that! Tell me your home needs and desires and I’ll make you aware of all your current options, and where other potential options might come available in the future. If that perfect home is not currently on the market I will set up automatic notifications for specific communities and areas to insure my buyers are among the first to know of new homes on the market. Also. I personally view the market many times each day on behalf of my clients.
