As a full time Realtor with Realty Professionals, I
specialize in Townhomes. I also know the market for Condos, and Cluster homes
well too. It’s vitally important to know all facets of the market in order to
know what a good buy is! And what a bad buy is! If your needs and desires
focus on more than just Townhomes, I can help! In your search for a Townhome,
Condo, or Cluster home, if you are not working with a specialist, you are
probably missing the hottest homes available, or settling for less while paying
too much.

- The desirable properties in
Greater Metro Atlanta sell so fast, they are often available for only a couple
of days. Lots of times, less than that! I view the market many
times each day to insure my buyers are among the first to know about new
properties for sale.
- Occasionally, “For Sale By
Owners” are realistic in their expectations and pricing. Hence, an occasional
good buy never enters the Multiple Listing Services and sells unknown to other
Realtors! In addition to monitoring the Multiple Listing
Services, I physically travel on a regular basis to Communities that meet my
Clients needs, searching for hidden gems! I’ve alerted many of my Clients to
“For Sale By Owner” homes that were good buys. Homes that other Realtors
refused to mention! Many of those homes ended up being sound purchases for my
Clients. And resulted in very happy Clients! Your happiness and satisfaction
is my top priority!
- Some properties sell without
being marketed! Once identified as a community desired by my
Client, and if nothing is available for sale within that community, I contact
the owners within the community to find out who will be selling! Once again,
my Clients are among the first to know of homes for sale.
- Greater Metro Atlanta can be
overwhelming in terms of its size. That is to say, with respect to searching
for a property that is right for you and your commute!
I’ve
worked extensively in Fulton, Gwinnett, Dekalb, and Cobb Counties. Both
inside and outside I-285. I believe in exploring all options for my Clients.

tell you the negatives associated with a property. A totally satisfied Client
is my main goal, best marketing, and best future Client!

properties available. I go one step further and describe
communities meeting my Client’s needs and desires that presently have nothing
for sale, but will in the future.

the home of your desires and needs, and to insure a sound purchase, I supply
my Clients with a complete Market Analysis of an area. That Market Analysis
includes homes not only with in your desired community, but in the area also.
And includes all styles of homes including Townhomes, Houses, and Condos. It’s
imperative that the home you purchase is the best buy on the market, no matter
which style you choose. For instance, Why purchase a Fee Simple Townhome that
requires maintenance and upkeep when a larger, better quality house can be
purchased for the same or lower price? The key to making a sound purchase is
to purchase a home with the notion that you can turn around and sell it the
next day and it will still be the best buy on the market.
