I started my real estate career in 1994 as an independent agent with Realty Professionals. Hard work for a client searching for a townhome rewarded me with 3 townhome referrals early on. Shortly afterward, I decided to specialize in townhomes. Since that day, I’ve helped 100’s of buyers purchase homes, 80% of which were townhomes.
A degree in Business Management from Emory & Henry College, along with a background in commercial credit & wholesale sales have proved to be assets for me as a Realtor. The desirable properties in Greater Metro Atlanta sell so fast, they are often available for only a couple of days. Lots of times, less than that! Tell me your home needs and desires and I’ll make you aware of all your current options, and where other potential options might come available in the future. If that perfect home is not currently on the market I will set up automatic notifications for specific communities and areas to insure my buyers are among the first to know of new homes on the market. Also. I personally view the market many times each day on behalf of my clients.
