*Offer subject to the following conditions:

-Offer valid for new contacts written after September 15, 2015 and prior to December 31, 2015.   End of year incentives are available only to buyers purchasing new construction homes.

-Kelly Carnahan of Realty Professionals must be listed as your Sole & Exclusive Buyer’s agent on Purchase and Sale Agreement.  Standard minimum commission by builder of 3% to Buyer’s Agent must be written in contract as well.

-Rebate of 1% is on base price of home only.  Base price does not include upgrades, lot premiums, and options (Builder often does not provide a commission on these to the Buyer’s Agent.  Your rebate comes from the commission earned by Buyer’s agent from Builder).

-Home must close in escrow or settlement in order for buyer to receive incentive.  Buyer’s agent must receive minimum standard commission from Builder as described above.
