Concord Trails is a community of fee simple 2-story townhomes with basements and 2 car garages started 2007 by David Weekley Homes. Huge square footage in each home. 2-4 bedroom floor plans. About 1/4 of community has been completed as of 8/1/2014. Meritage homes acquired the remaining lots and in 2017 is finishing on the community with new townhomes. Concord Trails is close to shopping, restaurants, schools.
