East Cobb is the portion of Cobb County East of I-75, and is unincorporated Marietta. A small portion of East Cobb County lies inside I-285 and has an Atlanta address. Excellent public schools are located in this area and continue to influence home buyers accordingly. Easy access to Chattahoochee River Parks, I-75 & I-285. Minutes to New Atlanta Braves Baseball Stadium (Truist Park). The area offers popular reverse commutes to Kennesaw, Woodstock, Roswell and Alpharetta.
