Reynoldstown Row is a community of 14 townhomes in Reynoldstown, Midtown Atlanta, GA at the corner of Stovall St & Mauldin St., built 2016-2017 by Thrive Homes.

Reynoldstown Row has 3-level townhomes with 2-3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, 2 car garages.  Community has a total of 14 townhomes in all.  Close to the Atlanta Beltline (Bicycling, skating, walk, jogging).  Minutes to Fine dining, shopping & events in Edgewood, Little 5 Points, Cabbagetown, Inman Park.  Less than 1 mile to the Krog Street Market.

Given the size of the community I would not expect townhomes to come on the market in Reynoldstown Row very often.  If you would like to purchase a townhome here or sell your townhome, contact me & let’s discuss how I can help you. Sorry, I no longer work with properties for rent or lease.

Historic Intown

My “Historic Intown” area offers plenty of small historical neighborhoods in Atlanta with plenty of walk to amenities(Parks, restaurants, boutiques).  Small town charm at the doorstep of big city amenities.  Included will be part of Atlanta, Grant Park, East Atlanta, Virginia Highlands, Edgewood, Little 5 Points, Inman Park, Candler Park, Ansley, and the Old forth Ward (04W).  Piedmont Park is in the middle of this area and offers many festivals, concerts, & events throughout the year.  Historic Intown is in Fulton County, but a little bit is also in DeKalb County.  Plenty of destination fine dining restaurants are within walking distance or only minutes away in Historic Intown Atlanta.  Expect easy access to Downtown Atlanta, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, Phillips Arena and Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport. With popularity & rising prices of single family homes in this area, townhome demand is prevalent throughout.  The Atlanta Beltline (cycling, skating, running, walking) is easily accessible for most communities in this area. Renewed interest/demand in this area over the last few years has spurred plenty new construction townhome communities.
