Remarks

Wilshire Commons in Acworth (Bells Ferry Rd.) is a community of townhomes built 2005-06 by Capital Design & Const..  2-story floor plans with 2-3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, 1 car garages.  An under rated feature of Wilshire Commons are the double wide park pads for each unit that allow space for 2 cars!  Guess parking is often scare in 1 car garage townhome communities.  Not here!  Fee simple ownership with low monthly HOA dues.  Lower Cherokee County property taxes, yet near the Cobb County line.

Wilshire Commons was finished out by DR Horton in 2016 with new single family homes
