The Townes of Avondale is a townhome community in Buford off Gravel Springs Rd. built 2007-2014 mostly by Rocklyn Homes. 2-story floor plans with 2-4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, 2 car garages. Rocklyn built 4 different floor plans in the community. Some homes here with a huge Loft/Game room area on the top floor. A few one level ranch home exist in the community from a period before Rocklyn acquired the vacant lots.
The Townes of Avondale are in a sought after location next to The Mall of Georgia. Plenty of shopping, restaurants, entertainment close by.
